There are 45 high-ceilinged suites, two of which are penthouse style Presidential Suites and 43 Junior Suites culminating in vaulted beams. Muted colors and textured fabrics in ecru and taupe create an ambiance of contemporary-chic while subtle touches of brass, mahogany and leather bear reference to the classic elegance of vintage East African safaris Beyond the balustrade of your private balcony, we’ve chosen for you a view of The Green Hills of Africa, as described in Hemingway’s novel.

Each of our Suites is named after a famous person or place associated with Kenya, travel, writing and exploring – will you be staying in the Robert Redford Suite, the Kenyatta Suite or the Mara Suite?

Hemingways Nairobi – Deluxe Suites

These spacious rooms are 80m² and are located on the ground floor of each wing. Each room features a seating area and private terrace. Large en-suite bathrooms feature walk-in closets, double vanity units and separate bath, shower and WC.

Hemingways Nairobi – Executive Suites

Located on the upper floor of each wing, these 80m² suites are luxuriously furnished and feature high vaulted ceilings and seating area and private terrace. Large en-suite bathrooms feature walk-in closets, double vanity units and separate bath, shower and WC.

Hemingways Nairobi – Blixen Suite

At 160 m² this is a large one bedroom suite which includes an elegant living room with dining area, guest WC and kitchen with butler access. The master bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in closet, standalone bath, shower and WC, and a separate terrace with exquisite views of the surroundings.

The Hemingway Suite

This generous suite is 240m² and includes a beautifully appointed living room, study, dining room, guest WC and kitchen with butler access. The living room and dining room open to a large connected terrace.

The master bedroom has a very spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in closet, standalone bath, shower and WC, and a separate terrace looking out over the rolling lawns and Ngong Hills.
