We came from Dubai and had 5 days only, discussions started with Holiday Dealers 2 weeks before, so many changes, so many questions from our side and they were so patient with us. They gave us many options and the accommodation were just great. Even when they said low budget Ibis, I was expecting a very poor hotel, however Ibis hotel was new and beyond expectations!

The tour guide and drivers were really nice, we had asked them so many things we wanted to buy, they were always happy to stop and come with us.

This was my third trip to Kenya, but my first safari and visit to Coast. We went with The Holiday Dealers (THD) for our group of five because they were highly recommended by a friend and they certainly did not disappoint. David’s service was amazing each step of the way, from initial discussions to handling issues during the trip .The recommendations he provided proved very appropriate and everything was as described or better (imagine that!).

I contacted Holiday dealers through Facebook. I never knew what I was in store for. From the beginning till the end of our trip we were guided so well by David. He knew what we were looking for and gave us all the options. Our guide who escorted us to the Masai Mara was wonderful. The camp in Tiplikwani was breathtaking. I could not ask for a better managed trip. The entire service crew were so polite and tended to all our needs. The escort made sure we were shown around the Mara and seen the animals. I would surely recommend Holiday Dealers to everybody. It was our first trip to Masai Mara and one to remember!
