Firstly, thank you so much for all your assistance in helping us plan the trip. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be booking our consequent trips with you.
Flights: The flights to Bangkok were extremely bumpy but the reservations but we had no issues otherwise. Our bookings were correct and we had no issues with the airline.
Transfers: Your team was waiting for us regardless of how late we were in completing the whole process of immigration and collecting our baggage. They were excellent and we could understand their English perfectly. Adul was a real help.
Accommodation: Pathumwan Princess Hotel was just sublime!! The staff was courteous and helpful most of the time. There were only a few instances where the language barrier caused us to miss out on a massage but we went the next day. I would recommend the persons at the front desk to be English speaking to avoid disappointing their guests.

Tips: We recommend that in future you give information on the immigration process in the country of arrival. When we arrived Bangkok, we did not know where to go or what to expect. The language barrier made it difficult to get assistance on where we were expected to be. This caused us to queue in the wrong place (and the lines were extremely long) only to find out that we had to go clearance first from the health inspectors, then go back to the long line 🙂
All in all we enjoyed the whole experience and we are thankful.
